PREVIEW DATA NOTICE
What this preview stores.
This notice describes the current testing build. The final customer privacy policy is still being prepared and must identify the legal operator and verified contact details before launch.
Sample workspace records
Entries in public sector prototypes are held in page memory. They are not submitted to the database and reset when you leave or reload the page. Use made-up information only.
Feedback you submit
The feedback form stores the chosen sector, feedback category, ratings, comment, submission time and a random browser-session identifier in the project's managed database. It does not ask for a name or email. Free-text comments can still identify people, so leave out all personal or sensitive details.
Who can read feedback
The owner can read submitted feedback through an admin-protected inbox. It is used to assess workflows and prioritise development. The random browser-session identifier helps limit repeated submissions and is not an advertising identifier.
Owner account and technical records
Sign-in uses an email address, password hash and session records. The hosting platform may also process technical request and service logs. Feedback does not subscribe you to marketing or create a paid customer account.
Retention and contact arrangements
A defined feedback retention and deletion schedule, verified operator contact route and final supplier-processing documentation are still required before general public launch. Until then, keep feedback limited to non-personal observations.
