End-of-Night Cash-up
Cash up every till at the end of the night and spot any difference.
A Hospitality OS plug-in for bars, pubs and restaurants that also works on its own with any till. Staff count notes and coins (sterling or euro), attach a photo of the Z-report, enter or receive the expected cash and card totals, add safe drops and receipted paid-outs, and see the cash and card variance instantly. Variances outside the venue's tolerance need a written reason, and a second person checks and signs before the record locks. Managers see every till and shift, variance trends by staff member and a spreadsheet export for the bookkeeper. The interactive demonstration uses fictional figures; saved venue records, staff log-ins, automatic Till OS totals, sales-export imports and automatic Z-report reading are the next build stages.
Notes and coins count in £ or €, with running totals
Z-report photo kept with each record
Cash and card variance against the Z-report and terminal batch
Safe drops, paid-outs and opening float handled
Venue-set tolerance with mandatory variance reasons
Two-person sign-off and locked records
Manager view of every till, shift and staff variance trend
Spreadsheet export for your accountant
